Delaying in nuclear power plant establishment with the help of USA and Russia in India and hike in prices of LPG imported from gulf should not taken as energy crisis . As these are non replenish-able energy resources. We can assume that Uranium is a store of energy but we can't say about its ever long life on earth, if we consume it will also come to end.
Spending money on nuclear power plant and LPG for households is ridiculous hence we should move towards never ending resources. As we are spending on nuclear power plant and our goal is to establishment of 55 reactors of 63000 MW in total by 2032. Govt should move Dams , Windmills and solar power plant . The total spending on nuclear power plant should be distributed in equal in these three sector. More subsidy to be provided in roof top solar plant for every household, thus dependency on centrally established power plant and we can use that in industries. A guideline also to be issued by govt for all public sector and private sector for establishment of roof top solar panel.
Second comes on dams on rivers for multi- purpose use . We can generate electricity, miniseries the flood like situation and can use in irrigation purpose (that also help us in drought like situation) . Third but not least is windmills , a major source of energy . In coastal area we should establishment windmills as we know that coastal area rich in wind energy.
Center govt should move categorized manner as per resources availability in region. Like wise River rich province should have dams for energy and inter connectivity of rivers for drought influence province. Solar power abundance province should get solar power and like wise wind mills. 
Another move towards LPG imported from other countries also affecting our growth rate and economy move to out side. Center govt should enhance more subsidy on Bio gas plants , as much possible as for every households in rural areas. As far as concern of safety bio gas is safe than LPG.

These move for self reliance of energy are best for our economy. Flow of Indian currency to other country will be stopped and this currency will be added in our economy. The last win - win situation rewarded from these step is our 'oath' about cut in carbon emission and reduction in green house gases as per PARIS AGREEMENT , as all these steps are safe for nature we can achieve our all goal .
