On 1st June 2010 conference of Rome statute held at Kampla (Uganda) and decided to celebrate on 17 July.

5. No postal ballot facility for voter above 65 in Bihar election decision taken due to logistic challenge.
Postal ballots would be available to electors over 80 years of age, person with disability, essential services workers and those infected with covid-19. notification issued by election commission under section 60(c) of representation of people Act 1951.
Limit the numbers of electors to 1000 per polling station, additional 34000 station are being set up.
